STAFFORD COUNTY INDICTMENT OF MARY CHARLES ROBINSON

THESE ARE THE INDICTMENT THAT MARY CHARLES ROBINSON WAS CHARGED WITH OCTOBER 2,2000

DIRTY ASS DANALU KERR, LAURA M, FAUNCE-BOBOLIA, LA RHONDA LLOYD GABRIEL, ORCHESTRATED THE FRAUD. IT BACKFIRED ON FORMER HOUSING DIRECTOR STAFFORD COUNTY DANALU KERR. DANALU KERR LOST HER JOB FOR BEING A THIEF AND NOT GIVING ME A FAIR HEARING AND VIOLATING MY CIVIL RIGHTS.

I WAS ARRESTED AT MY INTUIT JOB, IN FRONT OF MY COLLEAGUES TO FURTHER EMBARRASS ME.

PRIOR TO ME BEING ARRESTED, I WAS TOLD BY DANALU KERR, I COULD NOT LIVE WITH MY FIANCEE, THE FATHER OF MY CHILDREN. HE WAS FORCED TO SIGN AWAY HIS PORTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING THAT SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA GAVE TO US. IT WAS GIVEN TO US TO KEEP MY LARGE FAMILY TOGETHER.

STAFFORD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICE WANTED TO TEACH ME A LESSON FOR TALKING OUT OF LINE, AS DANALU KERR STATED, "I BETTER NOT BELITTLE THEM ANYMORE OR I WOULD SEE HOW WHO WOULD REMAIN HOMELESS".

HERE IS THE THE DECLARATION THAT MY FIANCEE WAS FORCED TO SIGN. JULY 25TH 2000. IF MY FIANCEE DID NOT SIGN  THE DECLARATION. MY ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD REMAIN HOMELESS. HE HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO SIGN THE DECLARATION. I WILL POST IT AS SOON AS I REMOVE THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.


THIS WAS THE ATTACHMENT OF MY FIANCE TO STATE THAT THE DECLARATION WAS MADE UNDER DURESS. THIS WAS SIGN ON JULY 25, 2000. TELL ME WHO SEPARATE LAWFUL CITIZEN'S OF THE UNITED STATES. THIS WAS A GOVERNMENT FUNDED PROGRAM. THIS WAS DEFINITELY A VIOLATION OF OUR CIVIL RIGHTS.STAFFORD COUNTY COULD NOT LET ME START TALKING, TELLING AND SHOWING THIS EVIDENCE.

DANALU KERR EVEN PAID FOR THE NOTARY, THAT CERTAINLY WAS A WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY.

THIS LOOKS BAD FOR STAFFORD DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICE. DAMAGE CONTROL HAD TO STEP IN AND THAT WOULD BE THE STINKING ASS JUDGE JAMES W. HALEY JR. HAD TO SAVE THE DAY.

ONCE I WAS CHARGED I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS BARRED FROM GOING TO STAFFORD DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FOR MYSELF. MY CHILDREN RECEIVED ASSISTANCE. I WAS EXEMPT BECAUSE I RECEIVED SOCIAL SECURITY INCOME. MY INCOME WAS NOT COUNTED WITH MY CHILDREN'S INCOME. SOCIAL SECURITY KNEW THAT I WORKED. I REPORTED TO SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION. THERE WAS NO FRAUD ON MY BEHALF AND STAFFORD COUNTY KNEW THAT.

 PUBLIC SERVANT SHERIFF DETECTIVE LENICE JOY LOPEZ THAT FELT THE NEED TO BE A CRIMINAL HERSELF.

THIS WOMAN WAS SO RUTHLESS SHE PRETENDED THAT SHE WAS A DISTRICT ATTORNEY. SHERIFF DETECTIVE LENICE JOY LOPEZ IS ABOVE THE LAW. THIS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT GO AWAY UNPUNISHED. I PROMISED MY FAMILY AND MY DECEASED FATHER THAT  SHERIFF DETECTIVE LENICE JOY LOPEZ

1. WILL NOT DEFAME OUR FAMILIES NAME

2. WILL BE EXPOSED.

3. WILL ANSWER FOR HER CRIME. 

4. I WILL  WORK DILIGENTLY SO THAT THE PUBLIC WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY  PENSIONS TO A CRIMINAL LIKE HER.

5. IF LENICE JOY LOPEZ FEEL THAT I AM DEFAMING HER CHARACTER SHE NEED TO RUN DOWN TO THE COURT OF LAW A SUE ME FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. 

6. IF LENICE JOY LOPEZ DOES NOTHING TO  CLEAR HER TAINTED NAME. MARY CHARLES ROBINSON AND THE CITIZENS OF SAN DIEGO  STATES THAT LENICE GIVES A NEW MEANING OF CROOKS BY THE SEA. 

THE CITIZENS OF SAN DIEGO CAN'T DEPEND ON A CRIMINAL PUBLIC SERVANT TO PROTECT AND SERVE THAT SERVED .  SHE IS A CRIMINAL THAT DESERVE TO BE ARRESTED.

THIS RETIREMENT WAS NOT PLANNED, THIS WOMAN HAD TO RUN FOR COVER
SHE IS CURRENTLY COOKING PIES AND BAKING GOODS TO SUPPLEMENT HER INCOME. WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS SHE NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED FOR OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE, PRETENDING THAT SHE WAS A DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

  My story is filled with the following:

       A well-known Appeals Court Judge James W. Haley Jr. who was involved with Jeremy Jaynes.( the Spammers Case). 

      This is Stafford County Circuit Judge that is a Public Servant who was to uphold the law. Instead of upholding the law Judge James W. Haley Jr., broke the law and involved himself in the bait and switch charges of a conviction that never happened January 19, 2001. Sheriff Jett, Commonwealth Attorney  Andrea S. McCauley and Judge Haley put out an ALL POINTS BULLETIN for me. Judge Haley waited to for my arrival to Stafford County not for a "Probation Violation of a Conviction January 19, 2001".One would have a record of the Probation Violation and a Disposition of the

    

4.      Daniel M. Chichester requested Sheriff Lenice Joy Lopez to notify him personally when San Diego/U.S. Marshals would transport me.

I was detained and kidnapped, by San Diego Sheriff Lenice Joy Lopez with her illegal detainer that she conjured up. The San Diego Superior Court Judge was very fair to me. I can not say anything out of place about him. The Judge was duped as well as me.

   

I was transporter under arm guards. After I was taken and booked into 7 different jails and Oklahoma  Federal Prison I was hidden in Stafford county jail for 8 months with no trial with illegal continuance and Disqualified Judge James W. Haley Jr. that disgracefully hand picked his own successor

 

 I was forced to sign a plea agreement December 3, 2002. I was told by Commonwealth Andrea S. McCauley to get back home to San Diego the best way I could because Stafford was not going to send me back home to San Diego.

6.      Bonnie Dumanis District Attorney who is a very good friend with Commonwealth Daniel M.  Chichester, they both served  as Vice Presidents..........District Attorney. Commonwealth, Andrea S. McCauley continue to cover-up the obstruction of justice.

7.       The FBI/NCIC warrant was incorrect and they too refused to clear this criminal behavior.

      I contacted Darrell Issa about my terminated benefit due to fleeing felon and I explained what had transpired with documentation. There was an investigation and 2011. I was never told of the outcome however, Darrell Issa as a politician went into damage control mode with obstruction of justice, and cover-ups.

These elected and former officials whom are public servants should be held accountable for their criminal behavior there is more people involved and I have the documentation as well.
